Our journey began with a shared frustration that will sound familiar to so many: the exhausting, often disheartening climb onto the property ladder.

One of our co-founders, a self-employed  contractor with strong and stable income, was consistently deemed "too high risk" by traditional banks. The system couldn't see past the employment status to the financial reality, adding years to the savings journey.

 

The other co-founder, a well-earning professional, still faced the monumental task of saving a cripplingly large deposit, navigating painfully slow and opaque processes, and feeling locked out by a rigid and impersonal system.

We asked ourselves a simple question: If we, as good earners, found it this difficult and exclusionary, how could anyone without a perfect financial history or a significant cash savings ever hope to own a home?

 

That shared frustration became our catalyst. SuchHomes was built from the ground up to tear down those barriers. We knew there had to be a better way - a more modern, fair, and efficient path to owning a home. So, we are building it!
